Candle of Hope
Asch didn't love anyone, except maybe Natalia, and if he did, then he hid it well. But the hopelessness of it, of my feelings, wasn't about to stop me. I had time, and even if it took my entire life, that I would bring him around.
But my tiny candle of hope was extinguished when the wick was gone; when Asch died. The wicked ended. The dream died.
